Crepes:

I finally got around to making some crepes. They tasted prefect but the texture was off. They were very rubbery. I was pretty disappointed, especially after I took the time to dice up strawberries and make whipped cream. They were still edible, and we did eat them all, but we didn't enjoy them as much as we had hoped. I will be trying again ( Read more... )
