OOC: Quick Update
Okay, so it turns out that my dad doesn't have lymphoma after all (thank the gods!). It just took a long, LONG time for the final results to come in. What he does have is a rare inflammatory autoimmune disease that, while by no means life-threatening, leaves and will continue to leave him very fatigued. Indefinite Withdrawal
I really, really hate to do this, since I've loved playing in Fandom High, but I'm going to have to put Hank on indefinite hiatus. In addition to my job hunt, previously mentioned, I just found out that my father has lymphoma (cancer of the lymphatic system). We're not sure yet how extensive it is, but I just can't concentrate on anything extra at ( Read more... ) -

My apologies, but don't expect Hank to be extremely active for the next few weeks. I'm looking for a new job, including some out of state prospects, and my concentration is focussed on that.
In other, unrelated news, Wizard World is coming the my area this weekend and, among others, Samwise Gamgee and River Tam are going to be there! -

I missed having a nice soft bed to sleep in. It really is unfortunate that I need to review my Biology material before class tomorrow; I forgot so much while I was gone. -

I'm going to be erratic or outright gone for I don't know how long, as my glasses broke and I'm almost totally blind without them.
EDIT: Okay, I should have my new glasses in on Thursday of next week. I'll try to do some minimum participation (attend classes and the like) in the meantime, but please don't expect me to get involved in much else. -

Okay, I have no idea what went into the punch at Homecoming, but it clashed HARD with my biochemistry. I take it that the experiments caused some changes more subtle than I realized ( Read more... ) -

Hank leaves his room wearing long, rumpled jeans (do you have any idea how hard it is to wrinkle jeans?), this shirt, a knit wool cap and sunglasses. He heads for the Homecoming fair. -

Do you remember that potion that regrew invisible fur? The invisibility is spreading. The skin on my entire left leg is now visible.
