The darkness and the cold of the night was replaced by the warmth of the sun creeping in from the sheer window curtains, and the floor, the walls, everything being bathed in the clean, crisp morning light.

I'm so excited, but this year for my sweet sixteen, my parents have decided to let me go on a trip to Italy!

It'll be during spring break in April.
