Yesterday I was reminded how important it is to practice daily in order to be good at something.
I think this is true of all things - being good to yourself, being good to others, exercise, music, art. Everything really.

My day goes better when I practice paying attention to the things within me.

Have been trying to reward myself for "good" behavior lately (ie following healthy eating plan, getting work done etc).
