Hi! Just added you back! I saw the most amazing show the other night on Placebo drugs and surgery.. Was astounding that there was no difference between 2 men who had received knee surgery, but one just recd 3 cuts to his knee, then had it stitched up. No actual surgery. 6 months later, he's playing basketball with his grandson, where before he could hardly walk one block. There is so much about the mind we are yet to understand.

I think I saw a similar show last year in the UK. What a phenomenon the knee thing! Makes you wonder if witch doctors have had it right all along...

Actually I haven't read this book yet, must dig it out ^_^
