we love Jacquemin Farms! We were going to go today, but were concerned about the mud. Maybe we'll go tomorrow for Father's Day.

It was a little wet, but not bad at all. I think the wet kept people away though. They were not busy at all. We were very surprised.

This jam was sooooo good. We just took the regular strawberry jam recipe in the Ball canning book and added about a quarter cup of vanilla. SO GOOD.

Hmmm, I'll have to try adding vanilla. I'm not actually a big fan of strawberry jam as much as raspberry, but the vanilla may be an interesting twist.
