A little unhappy to find that some of my own 'innovations' aren't really that innovative. Kinda dulls my desire to finish that Alpha!Jolene Blalock/Omega!Jeffrey Dean Morgan MPREG section of my School for Omegas WIP...
I greatly enjoyed that primer's tone and succinctness.
I liked this bit:
Likewise, don’t ask too many questions about the exact genital and orifice structure of the pregnant character.
I've read knotting fics where, ahem, at first it seems quite clear where the penis is being inserted, and then there's a paragraph where, unexpectedly, it appears as if there was a choice. Then the author seems to forget about this development altogether until, oh noes, character goes into labour! Fortunately, he's had a vagina all along, didn't you know? Ah, fic.
