Urgent Plea for Help

My dog Piper went into the hospital yesterday. It turns out she has a tumor in her bladder, which will require a biopsy and either a stint (forcing a passageway to her urethra) or chemotherapy. There are pros and cons to both forms of treatment, but we have time to plan as she is not fully obstructed. In the meantime, she's still in Critical

I'm going to work on this tomorrow. I have been utterly useless today, and I have to do work for my job tonight b/c I could not concentrate on it today. I have a couple big reports due at work this week, of course, but my boss is letting me work from home whenever I need to.

dude, i wanted to ask you about layouts. i have the word doc of code for when you made this lj layout -- if i sent it to you, could you highlight where the pics go? or if you made a banner, could you highlight where that went and tell me the dimensions? i can make a banner, i'm just not sure what dimensions i should be working w/. then i can make an lj community for piper that i can send people like my coworkers and family to. not that they wouldn't love to read my fic, but they wouldn't love to read my fic.
