I have the sweet potato casserole sitting in the little fridge at work. We are waiting for our coach-and-four to come whisk us away!!! Mmmmmm...sweet potato casserole...it's vegan, and can be easily adjusted to gluten-free! I hope it tastes good!!

Thanks, I've made it back! My sister-in-law made a very good pumpkin pie, and my aunt made the best turkey I've ever had. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving, too!
