So! CoT Awards. Thank y'all very much for voting for I Loved a Woman with a Heart of Amber. I am enormously pleased w/ the reception it's had. It's the little fic that could! I have to thank verasteine once again for beta-ing it and making it so much better.

Whenever I see that icon, I am reminded of Boyfriend. Boyfriend is Little Sister's boyfriend, and Little Sister is M's little sister. We went to Disney World w/ them last fall, and he told us how Nightcrawler is his favorite from the X-Men universe, and went on about his awesomeness. So M handmade a t-shirt for him for Christmas. It's Nightcrawler over the heart, with the tail going over the shoulder. She used some kind of t-shirt paint/dye thing. It came out wicked cool, and the stencil thing looked like your icon.

And congrats again! Thanks as well for reminding us about the other strong fics in this category. Interesting how all three (and yours) took on very unusual premises, gave us sides of Gwen we almost never see -- but all are dead IC.

I have high hopes that S3 will contribute mightily to further Gwenlove!

Congratulations! :) You so totally deserved it. And the fact there were other great authors and stories in the competition only underscores how good your work really was. You know I'm a fan. I've actually read all the others, and boy they're good!
