Really great story. And a funny title.

The whole team was great in this one! Jack's concern for Ianto was lovely, as was Suzie's interaction with them both.

Oh I really liked this. I love that it had a plot, that things were only alluded to, and the obvious affection Jack and Ianto have for each other. Well done. (and it made me smile :) )

Thanks! I like little self-contained plot stories!

I'm really really enjoying your "team with suzie" fic in your 'red is my colour' collection. The team before Gwen is almost never explored in fanfic, which is a shame, because as you're showing us, it's extremely interesting! I love the idea of Suzie knowing about Jack and Ianto - and that Ianto is his own character, not just a tag-along child (despite his being injured in this particular fic!).

Thanks!
Suzie struck me as being very observant, just not prone to sharing her observations. And I love, love, love the scientist/tech/geek getting in on the action. Suzie was second-in-command of an alien-hunting team. Woman could handle a weapon (as we find out w/ the Life Knife eventually).
And I'm glad Ianto came across here -- I didn't want him to be magical kung fu Ianto, but not a total wimp, either. There were just way more aliens than humans in this, and he had the least amount of experience.
