Growing up, Wednesdays were Pancake Day. My dad has always been the breakfast cook in my family, and Mondays - Fridays that usually meant cold cereal. But Wednesdays were special. seriously, pumpkin pancakes are like my favorite thing ever. with added chocolate chips? I'd be in culinary heaven.

(I'm assuming that regular milk can be substituted for soy?)

I am one of those weirdos who simply doesn't really like chocolate (I KNOW, I KNOW) but blueberry pancakes are the BEST!

I wonder if there are red velvet pancakes.... I might like those...

LOL, I'm sure you could find red velvet pancakes, but they might be wicked sweet for pancakers!

I found fresh blueberries here for FIVE BUCKS A PINT WTH I don't think so!!!!

I think I'll go strawberry picking before going to M's family's house for Memorial Day weekend! Blueberries before the 4th of July. :)
