I can't believe I didn't read this before now! This is SO fricking awesome! It's awesome with awesome on top. I mean, it mixes two of my favorite things: high school AU and canon!Cas. It's the perfect fic!

Also, I love the John POV parts, because getting a look into his psyche is rare for me. You did it so well!

I have now used up my year's quota of exclamation marks. It was worth it, though. ;)

I had been thinking of this fic, and I knew I was going to have John in it, but I got one paragraph in and then realized that John was going to have to be hugely in it and have his own POV. Which was exciting for me b/c I like to write new things and I had never written him before.

And I've probably bored you silly w/ my response!

I'm glad this story ends before I would have to address that! It seems like in fanon, angel vessels don't age, and that makes sense due to their ability to heal and their Grace and all. But in season five when they went back in time, there was a Uriel in a vessel that looked like a young Robert Wisdom -- but did he age regardless of Uriel being present, or b/c Uriel left him and didn't take over the vessel again for another thirty years?
