Hanging on to the fan
So, this has been a sh!t year for me since 1/1/08 and as many of my friends know I am hanging on to "the fan" while "the poop" flies all around me. Home Sick Today
I stayed home from work yesterday and today and I don't feel any better! I've got home made chicken soup cooking in the kitchen and I can just barly smell it. I hate days like today because I wish I wasn't alone. I have been in bed most of the day with the exceptions of taking the dog out from time to time. She has been very supportive today. Renting and Venting
So, after five months my landloard calls me at work to tell me that I can't have my dog because he is going to loose his home insurance because of the dog. Full Moon
I have germs!!!!!!!!!!!!! My throat hurts and I can't talk well. I want to lay in bed and cuddle with a hot piece of English Toffee! I wish I could hide out for the winter in a cozy cabin or a cute ranch somewhere in exotic Rhode Island. I am loosing intrest in my job. How can I get that back. There is nothing better than a two martini wake up. I only had two super strong fantastic tasting martinis and I woke up this morning wondering why I slept at the foot of the bed? Was awake at 2 this morning thanks to "someone" and then the dogs peed in the house and then I couldn't fall back asleep so I took a shower. I answered some text messages and denied a handy man for an upcoming appointment becaause I'm now "this" girl! I am grummpy! I am wondering how to suggest something to someone without upsetting them or hurting their feelings or making them defensive or self concious and without seeming vain.
