Oh yay, Mariano! Such a funny guy! Reminds me of the elevator ride in Stuttgart in 2006 XD

Okay. The elevator story. LZ, Anke and I were staying in the players' hotel in Stuttgart in 2006, and LZ and I were waiting in the lobby, when I realized that I had forgotten something in our room. LZ said, "Go back and get it!" Which I did. I took the elevator to our first floor, and sure enough, I bumped into Mariano and some others when coming out of the elevator. I went to our room, and returned to the elevators after picking up the huge Pepsi bottle which I had forgotten. Anyway, the elevator took its own sweet time to arrive, and when it was finally there, the doors slid open and now take a wild guess who was in there? Right. Mariano and a bunch of Argies. I just said "Hola!" and squeezed myself in there. I was amused like there's no tomorrow. And when we arrived in the lobby, I ran over to LZ and couldn't stop grinning. XD Mariano, btw, had a huge bag of socks with him. XD

PS: Mariano didn't have a camera with him in that moment, I think I would have died right there. *lol*

I haven't had the chance to watch any full games because of stupid college, Andy Murray and Rafa are playing today, I refuse to miss those matches!!! *burns coursework*

Have you seen any Real Madrid players yet? I know Raul goes to this tournament every year, I think Gonzalo was here last year :D

Haven't seen any RM players yet, maybe tomorrow but with international matches I am not sure. The night matches tomorrow are Fed v Stepanek and Roddick v Robredo, maybe some then but I don't have night tickets. In the daytime Rafa is playing doubles so we may get some then, just have to wait and see.

I love it here and am gutted they are moving the tourney to May next year *grrr*
