A Diplomatic Solution

Japan and China are bickering over a couple of uninhabited islands off their coasts.  Normally I don't like to interject myself into other people's arguments, but I think I have the perfect way to resolve the dispute, without a loss of life, and moreover in a way that would benefit (or at least entertain) all mankind.  Have Japanese and Chinese ( Read more... )

The money that could be generated would be astronomical--TV rights, toy lines, apparel, not to mention corporate sponsorships.

I might write to the Japanese embassy, just to see what happens. (I know that there is zero chance that this idea will come to pass though.)

It's too good an idea for them to do it. You might want to try to contact both the Japanese and the Chinese though.

Ninja Warrior is such a wankfest. I can't believe you're advocating violence and war. Why can't international disputes be settled the sensible way, with a friendly game of rock paper scissors??
