I just realized {yeah, right! I've been counting the days...} that it's been almost 3 months since Jin left so officially he should 'only' be gone for 3 more. *sighs* I'll have to stand first one month without Cata-chan's lovely company. I miss both of my JinJin:s!!
Sorry for the slow update. I got carried away typing again XD; I pray this chapter won't be too long for one post... *closs my fingers LUCK*
EDIT: I hate italics...I always forget to type them there, why can't they too get automatically copy-pasted?

Chapter 17
Kame wasn’t sure how to break the news for Jin. It had been over a week now since he had found out and he was still trying to think of the best way to tell his cellmate.
Playing nervously with the ring on his pinky, Kame studied the older boy from the opposite side of the cell. Jin had decided to stay there for the whole day and just ‘laze around in bed’ as he had put it to the rest of the gang. Apparently Jin had made a personal record once by being 18 hours straight in bed doing nothing at all. It was a record the older boy was without a doubt going to break today, as his cellmate had been lying there since after coming back from breakfast this morning. Not that they would’ve had anything really useful to do anyway. Outside it was dark and cold, making it only too cosy to just curl in under the sheets.
At least Christmas Eve had been beautiful, as well as the New Year’s Eve. A smile spread across Kame’s face as he remembered how he had gotten to celebrate those two events with Jin and the gang. Koichi-chan-senpai had brought them some goodies and even a few presents. The more Kame hanged out with the five guys the more he wished he could see them also after his time was up. Would they still treat him the same way then?
Kame shivered where he sat on the floor, pulling the blanket he had taken with him from his own bed closer around his body and just continued to stare at Jin…or rather what he saw of Jin; a hand hanging down from the bed, a tuft of hair and a bare foot sticking out from under the blanket. Plus of course the shape of the boy’s body, that rose and fell in a steady pace. Kame wondered if Jin had fallen asleep again, that wouldn’t have been the first time that day.
All in all it had been a very peaceful day - the perfect timing to drop the bomb for Jin, since Kame was unsure of how Jin was going to react.
Sighing Kame glanced out the window briefly. It hadn’t stopped snowing yet. Absently he wished he could’ve stayed in this moment forever. Everything seemed so perfect right now and he knew he was going to look back and miss it one day, someday when he wouldn’t be by Jin’s side anymore…
Kame pushed those thoughts away. This subject had been all he had been able to think about for days and it was driving him mad. Slowly he rose to his feet, stretching a bit and making his way to his bed to dump the blanket there.
He then proceeded to peek up into the older boy’s bed. Actually he wanted nothing more than to curl in under the same sheets with Jin, but this had to be done. He couldn’t postpone on this any longer.
Kame opened his mouth to speak.
“Oi, you stupid shit!”
Kame turned around abruptly, finding someone he hadn’t seen in a long time stand by the open cell door.
“Are you still just lying in bed, you lazy ass?” Ryo asked next and behind him Kame noticed Jin move to slowly sit up and rub his eyes.
“What..?” Jin’s icy tone came, demanding to know why he had been woken up so rudely.
Ryo smirked, pointing over his shoulder. “Get up. You’ve got company!”
Jin let out a groan as the rest of Kanjani8 as well as his own gang appeared behind Ryo, and the leader dove back in under the sheets.
“Don’t you dare, you bastard. You’re the one who came over to our cell early this morning before breakfast and said we should hang out today!” Ryo then reminded Jin. “And now it’s almost time for dinner!”
“I did?” Jin’s voice came from under the blanket and Ryo gritted his teeth together.
“GET HIM!” Ryo called out and Kame jumped aside as a dozen boys spurted into the cell and made a spring at Jin, forcing the sleepy boy out of his bed.
“Fine, I’m up, you can stop molesting me now~” Jin whined, as he came stumbling down to the floor and jumped into his shoes.
“That’s Kame-chan’s job…” Ryo muttered, handing Jin an extra shirt the AT-TUN leader immediately tied around his waist. “So what’s with this sudden friendliness anyway?” Ryo then asked as the boys started trailing out of the cell.
Kame looked after them a bit confused. Was he supposed to follow or stay put? Jin always let him tag along, but there were those rare times like this morning when Jin had taken off on his own for a while. Apparently Jin had been seeing Kanjani8 then.
“I have no idea what you’re talking about…” Jin said, stopping suddenly to look over his shoulder at Kame who was still peeking at the two gangs from their cell. The twelve other guys also halted, noticing something was missing. Kame didn’t really know how to explain himself as Jin came strolling back to him.
“You should’ve said something if you wanted to spend time with me.” Jin said playfully, grabbing Kame’s hand and tugging him along.
Kame hesitated. He had spent time with AT-TUN alone, but not when the gang hung out with some other gang. Also, Kanjani8 had heard him say not so flattering things about Jin in the beginning of his time there. Kame, nervously, let Jin drag him with him and they ended up in the dining-hall.
“Finally we get something to eat!” Jin sighed happily as Kame carried two plates over to the table, one extra big for Jin and one for himself.
“You idiot, you should’ve come down for lunch.” Koki mumbled, but Jin ignored the member of his gang completely and placed his eyes on Kame instead.
“Thank you, cutie.” his cellmate smiled warmly as Kame sat down next to him.
“Aren’t you two lovey-dovey?” Hina teased from across the table. “I remember when Kame-chan first arrived here he would never have even considered being with-”
“Ah, and here are your chopsticks, Akanishi-san!” Kame hurried to add, hoping Jin hadn’t paid so much attention to Hina either.
“Thanks, cutie.” Jin said as Kame pushed a pair of chopsticks into his hand, which Jin immediately sunk into his bowl of rice. “So what was it you were saying about Kazu-chan again, Murakami?” Jin then asked, bringing the food to his mouth.
“Watch it, the rice is still hot!” Kame cut in again and Jin paused to blow some air on it. “B-by the way, where do Kanjani8 stay here in prison?”
The table fell quiet and everyone eyed him curiously.
“N-not that it’s any of my business…” Kame then added. It had been a desperate attempt to change the subject.
“We have four cells in the south corridor.” Subaru said and Kame nodded, trying to look very interested. “I’m cellmates with Hina, Ryo and Uchi are in one, Maru and Yoko, and Ohkura and Yassan share one.”
“It’s most of the time a quite peaceful corridor, I mean, as much as that is possible in here…” Hina then added with a silly smile.
“Yeah, try peaceful when your cell is located next to a fighting couple’s…” Ryo said and Ohkura and Yassan looked at him surprised. “…and across from four weirdoes.”
“You’re just jealous that you don’t own a wing.” Jin stuck out his tongue to Ryo. “But now that Tackey and Tsubasa are gone, maybe I could ask if you guys could get their cell in the south wing instead of the corridor…”
“No thank you.” Ryo muttered. Even if he had wanted the south wing, nothing would make him ask Jin for a favour and owe Jin one.
“What did he mean by ‘weirdoes’?” Hina asked Subaru, Maru and Yoko who all shrugged in response.
“You think, because you and Pi have cells there, that to own a wing shows that you’re a great leader or in charge of this joint or something.” Ryo argued on with Jin.
“Mmm, well I guess you wouldn’t even be in the wing even if that was true. Subaru and Hina would get that cell…” Jin teased and TTUN shook their heads. If Jin kept on getting on Ryo’s nerves the Osaka boy would soon make toast out of their leader and have him for dinner too. “Anyway, so where were you guys when News attacked Kame-chan?”
“Well, we try not to pick a side between Tokyo gangs…” Subaru offered as an explanation.
“I knew this sudden eagerness to get to know us better had got something to do with News.” Ryo let out, almost pointing an accusing finger at Jin.
“Some of your members haven’t really succeeded in not picking a side…” Jin shot back, eyeing Ryo with a look even Kame could recognize as Jin’s invitation for a fight -look. He hadn’t wanted the subject to get so out of hands that it would lead to a fight, but Kame had to wonder who could be stronger; Jin or Ryo?
“Oh shut up. I didn’t know you two were rivals. Where were you when Uchi got caught and News offered us help?” Ryo responded, eyeing Jin back.
“Oi, you never asked for my help! You asked News for help! I didn’t even know something had happened to you guys before you were all caught!” Jin continued. “Besides, you were overly friendly with Pi that night we first met!”
“Guys, guys…” Hina tried to calm down the two hot-heads. “Are we really going to bitch about that again? And Ryo, you really shouldn’t have taken Uchi to a love hotel in the first place…”
Kame would’ve fallen from the bench hadn’t it been for Jin’s arm that was, as always, wrapped around his waist. Jin chuckled, bringing Kame closer.
“Ah, Kazu-chan, we should definitely go to a love hotel too some day~” Jin teased, and Kame wasn’t sure if the older boy was teasing him or Ryo. Maybe both.
“It sounded like a good idea when Pi suggested it…” Ryo muttered crossing his arms and Uchi placed a hand covered with a pink glove in front of his face that was starting to reflect that same color.
“I don’t believe Kazu-chan has heard the story.” Jin then said, directing quite an evil smirk in Ryo’s direction.
“I don’t believe he needs to…” Uchi mumbled under his hand.
“Ne, Kame-chan, speaking of cells does your offer on changing cells still stand?” Yassan suddenly leaned in and whispered to Kame, who turned red.
“What?!” Jin let out, as he of course had been close enough to overhear that question.
“N-nothing.” Kame said quickly, waving his hands in front of him and Jin eyed them both suspiciously; Yassan was smiling sweetly and Kame was cold sweating.
“S-so what was it that you were going to tell me again..?” Kame continued, trying his best ignore Yassan’s questioning looks as the boy was still waiting for an answer. Kame stubbornly attempted to look too preoccupied to notice. Honestly, did this boy really think he would even have the power to arrange that?
All of the other Kanjani8 members sighed and shook their heads, except for Ohkura who looked more hurt than embarrassed over their Strawberry Princess.
“We’ve been a gang for many years.” Subaru started, deciding to save Kame from the awkward situation. “As we had become the best thieves in the whole Osaka, we thought it was about time we took over other cities in Japan too and so we all went together to Tokyo for the first time…”
…
“People don’t seem to recognize us here. The police are probably still looking for us in Osaka.” Hina pondered as he sipped on his drink.
“Those guys will never catch us.” Ryo laughed, also drinking from his glass. “We can relax.”
“The cops would never come to clubs like these anyway, look around you at the people gathered here… I think those guys over there are Tackey and Tsubasa.” Maru said and Subaru looked in the direction the boy pointed.
“Who?” Yassan asked.
“Tackey and Tsubasa.” Maru repeated. “I heard they worked alone at first, that they were rivals with this massive amount of unresolved sexual tension, and then they got caught and…well, resolved it. It’s rumoured they bent Johnny’s will and left his prison hand in hand.”
“Hey, I know those guys…” Subaru said, starting to trail over to the two men on the dance floor.
“How do you know them?” Yoko called after him.
“I knew them before I started hanging out with you guys, separately though.” Subaru replied and disappeared into the crowd.
“Hey, Uchi, you wanna dance?” Ryo asked, removing his eyes from the dance floor and onto the boy standing next to him. Uchi shot one look at what the term ‘dancing’ meant in this club.
“I…I think I’ll just have another drink…” the younger boy quickly replied, turning his back on Ryo who gave a defeated sigh and leaned back against the counter again.
“He is a tricky one, isn’t he?” a voice said next to him and Ryo gave a small smile.
“That he is… Wait.” Ryo shot a look at the boy who had appeared beside him. “Who the hell are you?”
“You’re new in town, aren’t you?” the stranger continued.
“Why, are you famous?” Ryo shot back and the stranger smiled.
“Somewhat. Yamashita Tomohisa.” the answer was.
“Never heard...” Ryo replied and the other boy frowned.
“And you are?” this Yamashita asked, and now it almost seemed as if the boy was fighting back a smile.
What an arrogant person, Ryo decided and answered, “Nishikido Ryo. Kanjani8.”
Surely the great tales of Kanjani8 and their adventures (the fighting in the Obachan Rock bar, the plundering of Osaka’s finest delicacies, not to mention how they had all mastered the arts of Kung Fu in a flash) had reached all the way to this city as well and their name was famous.
“News.” Yamapi replied, pointing over his shoulder at six boys ordering drinks from the bar. Was Ryo dense or what? Well, granted the Osaka boy had always had his eyes fixated on only one person…
“AT-TUN.” Yamapi snapped his head up to gaze at Jin standing in front of him.
“What kind of a name is that?” Ryo asked and Jin shot him a glare.
“Shut up, as if News is so much better!” Jin argued.
“Ne, Bakanishi…” Yamapi commented, nodding towards the dance floor. “Tackey and Tsubasa are here. You don’t really want to start a fight and get them pissed off, do you?”
Jin threw a look at the two men on the dance floor currently talking with some guy Jin didn’t recognize.
“Shit.” Jin mumbled. “Come on, let’s go.” the boy added to his four friends and they hurried out of Tackey and Tsubasa’s line of sight.
“Who was that?” Yassan asked, peeking after the five boys.
“Uh, Bakanishi something..?” Ryo offered and Yassan frowned.
“Akanishi Jin.” Yamapi stated before turning back to Ryo. “So I sense you’re still having some problems with your gang mate…”
“You are very perceptive.” Ryo replied - being not as perceptive as himself, Yamapi decided.
“I also saw the way he looked at you.” Yamapi continued and Ryo studied the other boy, now suddenly a bit more interested in hearing what this Yamashita had to say. “He’s quite shy, isn’t he? You should try to take him some place you two can be alone…”
“Believe me I’ve tried everything from roses to poetry to walks in the park to getting him drunk. Nothing helps.” Ryo sighed. “I know he likes me, but I don’t understand why he keeps me at a certain distance.”
“Maybe you should try to be spontaneous.” Yamapi suggested.
“Tried it.”
“Romantic.”
“Been there, done that.”
“Aggressive.”
“Ditto.”
“Then just take him to the nearest love hotel and lock him in there!” Yamapi almost lost his temper and Ryo looked at him.
“Hey, that’s a new idea.” the Osaka boy said and Yamapi sighed.
“I’m not too sure that one will work…” the Tokyo boy mumbled. “After all it isn’t as if you haven’t been trying to get into his pants ever since high school.”
That statement made Ryo stop and take a more careful look at the boy in front of him. “Ooh, so that Yamashita Tomohisa! Pi! That one month exchange program in school when Uchi and I came to be students at your school...”
“I was beginning to think you wouldn’t remember me at all.” Yamapi smiled. Honestly, all his hints had gone right past Ryo.
“Well you were very easy to forget.” Ryo explained and the smile on Yamapi’s face faltered for a few seconds there. “Man, you’ve changed. All those fancy clothes and what happened to your blond hair, anyway?”
“I decided to go with black for a while. I might change it back, though.” Pi shrugged. “It’s good to see you again. We had fun that month, skipping classes and stealing food from the school kitchen, but I see you’re still as mean as ever. I always knew you’d go and join a gang.”
“Yep, same as you. Are the fellows over there the ones I recall you hanging out with before? They didn’t go to the same school with you and…him, but they were still always around us. They became your gang…News, wasn’t it? And you’re the leader?” Ryo asked, sending a look at the six boys gathered by the counter and in the middle of a drinking game. Yamapi nodded.
“So what else is the same as before? Are you still together with your little high school honey over there?” Ryo then continued, sending another look at one of the six boys behind Yamapi who had tried to not let it show how he was watching them converse. Yamapi didn’t even have to glance over his shoulder to know who among his gang mates Ryo was referring to.
“We were never… I’m working on it.” Yamapi answered.
“Mmm, you’re giving me advice when you’ve failed to capture the heart of the boy you’re interested in?” Ryo smirked, quite victoriously, as he wasn’t the only one having a hard time.
“Not failed, just…never tried.” Yamapi hurried to answer.
“So that’s how it was…” Ryo chuckled, sipping on his drink again. “I would for sure have thought the two of you were involved already back then. Well, at least I came straight out with my feelings from the start…”
“It wasn’t as if you were ever really good at hiding them.” Yamapi remarked. “Besides, that may have become your problem to getting any closer to him than this. I don’t think he was very touched hearing your confession ‘hey, Uchi, when I think of you it turns me on’ especially considering the fact that he hardly knew you and it was the first time you spoke to him.”
“I was a horny high schooler…” Ryo shrugged.
“And he had just started school and you were supposed to be his senpai.” Yamapi filled in.
“…but at least I’m not standing here pretending to be smarter than others when I haven’t even dared to tell the person I love how much I want him.” Ryo finished.
“It was just a friendly suggestion…” the News leader added, finishing his drink and setting it down on the counter. “We have to meet up again.” Yamapi added, receiving a wave from Ryo before turning back to his gang and the seven boys left together.
Ryo watched after them. Not that many years had passed since they had seen each other, but they had all grown up so much. If News were in town then this little stay might turn out to be quite interesting… And that Bakanishi, what was his relationship with Yamapi?
“Who was that you were just talking with? He looked familiar…” Uchi asked and Ryo cocked his head to look the other boy in the eyes.
“News.” Ryo replied simply.
“Huh?”
“I’ll tell you later. They suggested this great hotel we could easily occupy without getting caught. Hey, do you want to get out of here?” Ryo asked.
Uchi took one last look at the crowd around him. “Yes, please.”
A smile spread over Ryo’s lips. “Follow me.”
…
“Uchi was still underage, just barely but nevertheless, when the cops caught him that night in that love hotel.” Hina sighed. “We would’ve gotten away with much less if the cops hadn’t recognized him as part of our gang.”
“I got away before that Masa-cop arrived and identified Uchi.” Ryo sighed. “Then I went to meet up with the rest of the gang and told them what had happened.”
“Ryo was really sorry when he came to us that night at the train station.” Ohkura said to Uchi. “He bowed and apologized, saying it was his fault you had gotten into trouble.”
“I have never seen Ryo like that before, he was practically cry-” Yassan started, but Ryo cut in.
“We sought News up again and they promised they would help us.” Ryo continued. “They knew this town better than we did and the more people we had against the cops, the better.”
“Uchi was quickly sent to trial and to prison. Bloody Masa-chan, he succeeded in sentencing Uchi away to Johnny’s joint although Uchi wasn’t even legally an adult. I think he just wanted to lure us all out as fast as possible so that we wouldn’t have time to plan an attack and instead do something hasty…” Subaru said.
“…which, you know, worked.” Hina added, looking around him.
“Mou, it was Ryo’s fault it worked so well!” Yassan sighed. “When the announcement came about Uchi going to prison so soon we didn’t even have time to cook something up with News, since Ryo threatened he would break in here alone if he had to.”
“As if I was going to let my Uchi stay in prison on his own for even one night! Especially in this one…Honestly, you know what kinds of prisoners there are in here.” Ryo defended himself, wrapping a protective yellow-gloved hand around his Uchi’s waist. “Who knows what could’ve happened to him if I hadn’t gotten to his aid so quickly.”
“News were all really shocked to hear you guys had gone off on your own to break into Johnny’s Prison and then gotten caught doing it.” Jin remembered. “Yamapi’s expression was priceless.”
“But we got all the way to Uchi’s cell...” Yoko defended the whole gang.
“…and that’s where you were caught.” Jin finished. “Anyway, wasn’t the true story in the beginning also more like you guys fled from Osaka because the cops were chasing you and not that you came to Tokyo to ‘take over the city’?”
The other gang looked innocently at each other.
“Anyway, that’s our story.” Subaru then said, turning to look at Kame again. “I heard you committed a minor crime and you’re serving like two years in prison.”
“Ah, yes, that’s correct. It was a computer crime.” Kame answered.
“So you’ll be leaving around the same time as AT-TUN then.” Hina continued. “We’ll see you guys a bit later, since we’ll still be stuck in here after you’re gone.”
Kame froze. Leaving around the same time as AT-TUN? AT-TUN had served already that much of their sentence? Kame shot Jin a quick look. The older boy had proceeded to start teasing Hina.
“Mmm, breaking into Johnny’s Prison is a serious crime.” Jin smiled quite wickedly.
Kame had accepted the fact that AT-TUN would probably be in here for a while after he had gotten out and that it would therefore be impossible for Jin and him to continue anything after Kame’s release, but if AT-TUN was also getting out then maybe…
“Hey, you wouldn’t consider taking on such a challenge for our sake when you get out?” Yoko tried.
Kame shook his head. No, Jin would never want to continue being with him after this. Jin wasn’t even ‘being with him’ now. All he was to Jin was a release in a place where boys didn’t have any other choice but to go for someone else of the same sex.
“Don’t give him any ideas! We’ll be stuck in here for years again if he takes up on that challenge and storms Johnny’s Prison!” Koki warned.
Jin would definitely not want to see him after this…
“Oi, what do you mean by that?!” Jin argued with his own gang mate this time.
Jin is probably not even interested in guys outside of these walls. Jin would definitely not…-
“Anyway, it’s nice to see you’ve totally changed your tune about Akanishi.” Hina then said, shaking Kame out of his thoughts, and although the Osaka boy sounded friendly Kame knew his face was heating up again as he felt Jin stiffen next to him. That was a bad sign.
“What?!” Jin asked for a second time that day. “Changed what tune about me?”
Kame sunk lower where he sat, making it hard for Jin to keep his arm around his waist. How much more of this would he have to go through? Kame felt that suspicious and slightly accusing look linger on him again.
“We’re going to have a long conversation tonight…” his cellmate mumbled and Kame lowered his head.
“Don’t you dare harass Kame-chan!” Maru suddenly warned Jin and Kame peeked up in surprise. “He is entitled to have his own opinions, right?”
“Yeah, but…” Jin tried.
“No buts.” Ueda cut in. “You will not get onto that subject tonight, you hear me?”
Jin didn’t reply.
“J-i-n?” Ueda pressed on.
“Yes, sir…” Jin muttered then, sulking, and crossed his arms in front of his chest.
Kanjani8 eyed the other gang amused.
“Kame-chan is really lucky to have you guys watching over him.” Ryo teased and Jin shot him a grimace, feeling targeted.
“Yeah, we like Kame-chan. Kame-chan is considerate.” Koki said, wrapping an arm around Kame’s neck and the other one around Maru’s.
“That’s true. Some of the boys Jin’s had have been too loud.” Ueda sighed and the three others snickered, nodding, while Kame’s face turned bright red again and he, as gently as possible, tried to sneak out of the half embrace.
“At least Kame-chan tries to keep his voice down...-” Koki continued as Kame slipped out of his hold.
“I think I should get back to the cell.” Kame mumbled quickly, still feeling eyes on him as he got up from their table and started to walk.
“He is too cute.” Junno chuckled after him and Kame focused on walking a bit faster.
“He is too innocent. You should make him scream.” however that statement made Kame almost stumble on the stairs and he stopped.
“What?” Jin’s voice came, sounding a bit surprised but Kame recognized the amused tone in his cellmate’s voice.
“Make him scream.” Ryo’s repeated and there was a short moment of silence so Kame carefully looked over his shoulder to see Jin and Ryo in the middle of a glaring competition.
“Oh, come on. It’s not like you haven’t been itching to do so for the longest time.” Ryo then said. “Judging from how naïve he still is I’ll go with the guess that you don’t really put him through every fetish you’ve picked up over the years. You still hold back, don’t you?”
Jin had wanted to make him scream? Jin had been holding back something with him? Kame knew Jin had just been stocking up all of his annoyance so that one day the older boy could finally explode and let it all out at once.
His heart started beating furiously inside his chest. He didn’t want Jin to hurt him. Jin had never been rough towards him in any sense. He feared what the fighter would have been planning for him all this time, just waiting for the day he’d finally let out his frustration.
“I think you should make him scream so loud even we can hear it in the south side.” Yoko’s voice came next and Jin laughed.
“I was just being considerate too, thinking you wouldn’t like being disturbed in the middle of the night by way too loud boys.” Jin countered.
“You are rarely, if ever, considerate.” Koki mumbled.
“And you know you just want to stare at his embarrassed face for the rest of the week, remembering what the two of you did.” Subaru persuaded, but Kame only heard every other word the Osaka boy said. The noise in the dining-hall was too loud and Kame didn’t dare to sneak any closer.
“Mmm, some serious banging …I’d be good for him.” Ryo said in a teasing voice and Jin’s laughter sounded a bit embarrassed in itself.
“Alright, alright…” Kame could make out that his cellmate replied. “I will. I mean, since I have your permission and all to ruin your sleeps for one night.” Jin continued in that same amused tone and as the subject seemed to change into other things Kame hurried back to the west wing before the two gangs would notice him still standing there and trying to eavesdrop on them.
Kame launched in through the open cell door and grabbed the hair brush from the shelf. Well, it had never worked before, but it made him feel a little safer. Damn it when he hadn’t heard everything the boys had said. This all could have made more sense to him in that case and he wouldn’t have to be anxious here and ponder on what the hell it was Jin was going to do to him when the older boy returned.
There wasn’t much time between dinner and when the cells would be locked. It wouldn’t take long before Jin came back. Kame sat down on the lower bed, a death grip on the object in his hands and ready to use it, where he waited until Jin’s shape finally returned to their cell.
Kame tried his best to appear like always before. He owed Jin everything. If it wasn’t for Jin he would’ve gotten gangbanged a couple of hundred times already. Jin had never treated him badly and had kept him under his protection for way longer than anyone had ever been. It was his job to please Jin, even if it meant to let Jin hurt him...
Maybe it was some kind of raw form of sex the boys had been talking about where you beat the other one up while doing it. Extreme pain mixed in with extreme pleasure. Somehow that didn’t make Kame feel any less frightened and he gripped the brush even tighter as Jin crooked down in front of the bed.
Kame did his best to stay calm and not flinch away from the touch of Jin’s hand coming to run down his cheek.
“…What?” Jin asked, his tone sounded gentle and not as sadistic as Kame thought it would be. One finger trailed over his lips and the boy cupped his chin, not allowing Kame’s gaze to escape this time.
“What ‘what’?” Kame returned the question, fighting to keep his face expressionless, but he knew he had failed as Jin smiled.
“Alright, what did you do now?” Jin then asked, sitting up on the edge of the bed and by doing so closing the distance between them a bit more. “You’ve only been alone for about an hour or two…”
“Nothing!” Kame protested.
“Uh-huh...?” Jin murmured, not so convinced, and placed his lips upon Kame’s in a brief kiss. Kame wasn’t prepared for that and he would almost have broken apart at the sudden advance, if it hadn’t been for Jin’s hands on both sides of his waist.
“I didn’t do anything.” Kame insisted when the kiss broke and Jin shot him a quick amused look before pressing his lips against a sensitive spot on Kame’s neck then. Kame could feel a shiver go down his spine, but he wasn’t sure if it was from fear or from pleasure.
The hands roamed from his waist to his back and pushed him even closer into the embrace. Kame wanted to enjoy the sensation he felt whenever Jin did something like that, but right now he was too nervous waiting for Jin to start being rough towards him, and Jin moved in to sit closer…
“Ow.” Kame heard Jin suddenly mumble into his ear and the older boy looked down to see what he had just sat on. “You know they say brushing your hair in bed means you want to be spanked.” Jin commented as he picked up the hairbrush, Kame didn’t know when he had dropped it from his grip, and placed it onto the shelf.
“N-no, I mean, I wasn’t implying that I wanted to be…” Kame tried to explain as Jin returned to him and back the way the other boy had been before the hair brush had gotten in his way.
“Mmm? Then what is it that you are not telling me?” Jin pressed on.
“I…I might’ve…” Kame started, receiving a questioning murmur from Jin where the boy’s lips were pressing down on various parts of his neck and collar bones. Fingers opened the first few buttons on his shirt and the mouth moved a little lower.
“…overheard…your discussion…just now.” Kame finally confessed and Jin lifted his head to meet his eyes.
“About jewellery? Kame, I would hardly get pissed off over something like that.” Jin chuckled.
“Jewellery?” Kame repeated confused.
“Yeah, when I talked with Ueda about jewellery and you know it’s no secret around here from who Ueda got that bracelet and that necklace from either…” Jin said. “Hey, I thought you left before we got onto that subject.”
“Not that.” Kame said, shaking his head and Jin frowned, placing yet another kiss on an already reddening mark on Kame’s neck. The older boy had probably found this to be the perfect strategy to get some answers out of him, and hell why did it have to work so well? Jin didn’t really have to say something to get Kame to talk, the boy just had to show a little bit of affection and Kame was all his - heart, body and bloody soul too.
“Are you going to hurt me…Is it going to… hurt a lot?” Kame then asked, his voice shaking a bit but he was once more not entirely sure if it was from the fear or Jin’s lips against his bare skin. Jin looked up again, this time with confusion written all over his face.
“Uh, Kame, this is not your first time…” Jin teased and Kame felt his face flush.
“No, I meant, they just said that you should punish me and not that I’m denying that from you, but…” Kame said, his voice dying out and realization slowly dawned upon Jin.
“Ooh, so that’s what you overheard. That would explain why you’re so jumpy.” Jin chuckled again, reaching one arm to brush some strands of hair out of Kame’s face and making Kame jump where he was folded in front of the other boy.
“They didn’t mean I should make you scream in pain…” Jin answered.
“Then what..? What do you hold back with me?” Kame carefully asked and Jin closed the distance between their lips in a long kiss.
“I wasn’t really going to make you scream tonight. I only said it to get the boys off my back, but since you want to know so badly…” Jin replied, arms tightening around him. “I guess I’ll just show you.”
Kame didn’t have anytime to reply before his lips were already pressing against Jin’s and their tongues met, entangling themselves into a kiss that was more demanding than what Kame was used to and he thanked the fact that he had had practice with those lips before.
In the midst of that kiss Kame felt Jin opening his legs and a hand roamed up his thigh, suddenly settling on the front of his pants in a way that made Kame break apart abruptly.
“Jin!” Kame gasped as the hand didn’t move. Jin had never touched him before. Why was Jin doing it now? A master wasn’t supposed to pleasure his boy toy, was he?
“I can’t believe how sensitive you still are.” Jin spoke into his ear, nibbling on it every now and then. “I just had to kiss you a bit to get you to react…”
Kame blushed even harder hearing his cellmate say that. The other hand settled behind his back to keep him in place, not about to allow him to try to get away this time either.
“Do I turn you on that much?“ Jin then asked, closing his lips around Kame’s earlobe that was probably the same color as his face. “I don’t remember seeing you ever react like this when someone else has touched you.”
Kame couldn’t answer. He was too busy biting down on his lip to keep himself as silent as possible. He did wonder, however, where Jin’s eyes had been during the fights against News when various members had attempted to molest him.
A muffled whimper escaped him as Jin’s hand finally moved, but only to slip into his pants instead. The feeling of having Jin’s hand around his naked flesh was just too much for Kame.
“Ah, Jin!” Kame was sure his voice had never been this high pitched with Jin before and he heard Jin chuckle into his ear.
“Mou, it’s no fun if you scream out right away.” Jin pouted playfully. “You’ll have to make me fight for it a bit. I know you don’t like being loud.”
Kame gave another really loud moan as Jin’s hand stroke down on him and then all the way up again.
“You know, I’m beginning to believe you’ve never done this to yourself.” Jin continued, thumb pressing against the tip and Kame thought he could feel the still slightly cold metal on Jin’s finger caressing against his sensitive flesh.
“J-Jin, don’t…” Kame breathed out. This was wrong. He wasn’t supposed to be the one pleased.
Jin hid a smile against his neck, the hand never stopping to move up and down in that same almost teasing manner.
“Ji-Jin, p-please…” Kame managed to say, feeling his body being pushed closer and closer to relief and just when Kame managed to forget about resisting Jin removed his hand, only a couple of strokes away from sending Kame over the edge. Kame heard himself whimper in protest and Jin’s arms tightened around his waist instead.
“I won’t let you come yet.” Jin then whispered into his ear, gently laying Kame down on his back and climbing on top of him. Kame gave out a low moan as Jin’s lips came into contact with his own, he allowed the older boy to dominate and felt Jin’s hands run down his chest, unbuttoning his shirt and returning then to toy with one nipple. Kame moaned louder this time into Jin’s mouth and Jin broke the kiss too fast in Kame’s opinion and sat up to look down at him cockily.
“I need to get you to calm down a bit. The slightest touch and I’ll send you over.” Jin commented and Kame felt his face heat up again…if it had ever managed to stop blushing, that is. He wished Jin would stop talking like that - it made him feel so embarrassed.
Never taking his eyes off of him, the older boy slowly bent back down to press lips against his so lightly it made Kame want to try to dominate over Jin for once. He desperately needed more contact with the boy hovering closely above him but still not close enough to touch him that much.
As unnoticeably as possible, Kame tried to sneak his arms around Jin’s neck and the boy on top of him came a bit nearer, the kiss also turning less teasing and more passionate. Kame sighed as Jin’s lips finally closed around his own in the way he preferred them to.
Slipping out from under his arms, Jin managed to travel over to his neck again. Jin always knew what places made him tingle and a shiver rushed through him as the kisses started to trail lower and lower. Hands fumbled to remove his shirt completely and the lips moved further down his naked chest, onto his belly and…-
Jin looked at him very surprised as Kame realized he had grabbed a hold on the older boy’s chin and tilted it up, successfully preventing Jin from travelling any lower with that mouth of his.
“Ah…I…uh…” Kame stuttered as his thoughts had caught up with his actions. How the hell was he supposed to explain to his master he didn’t think Jin should be doing this to him when Jin had the right to do anything he pleased to him?
A smile broke out on Jin’s face as the boy watched his panicked expression, hands creeping in under his waistline and tugging the last remaining clothes away. Kame could only stare back at the older boy as Jin slowly freed his chin from his still very strong grip, kissing the tips of his fingers before disappearing below his line of sight and Kame lost his breath.
Jolts of pleasure ran through him as he regained the attention he had so desperately needed a while ago and had he been any coherent Kame might’ve tried to learn what it was Jin did so well, so that the next time he would give a blowjob he wouldn’t screw it up like the last time.
Suddenly Kame realized he was gripping furiously on a whole handful of Jin’s hair, not wanting the older boy to remove his mouth from where it was surrounding him. That had got to hurt, Kame absently noted, but at least now he understood Jin’s gestures from when he had given Jin that disastrous blowjob. He doubted, however, that Jin had felt this good and decided that Jin had really had experience in also this area before, which brought up the interesting little question that if Jin had given guys blowjobs then did Jin really like guys? Also outside of prison, that is. …Or then had that too just been experiencing and for harmless fun?
His hold on Jin’s hair tightened as he felt himself once more being pushed closer and closer to relief, partly fearing what would happen if he had it this way and into Jin’s mouth, but he never had to worry about that as Jin stopped a second time just before he could reach that peak.
Kame whimpered. He couldn’t stand it. His whole body screamed for release, for more contact, and it was driving him mad. He didn’t dare to demand it out of the older boy or seek for it himself either. This was so not fair.
He opened his eyes to see Jin hovering above him again, looking awfully pleased with himself. The older boy’s hair was messy, as it was the result of Kame holding onto it for all he was worth.
“Don’t look so pitiful.” Jin murmured, kissing his nose. “I’ll take care of you.” the boy added before pressing his hips and hard on into Kame’s long enough to cause him to tremble, but not to give him what he needed.
“Jin, please.” Kame breathed out.
“Oi, oi, are we begging already?” Jin chuckled, kissing Kame’s lips instead.
Already?! Kame’s mind screamed. How can it be at this point ‘already’? When would it be fine for him to start begging then?
Kame carefully lifted a hand to Jin’s shirt, unbuttoning the first button and then the next. He knew Jin didn’t have much self-control, so maybe if he got the boy a bit carried away Jin would forget about teasing him like this.
“You’re still wearing too much…” Kame offered as a small explanation and Jin smiled, helping him get rid off the shirt and Kame’s hands fell to the other one around his cellmate’s hips, loosing it and letting it too slip off of Jin. Kame paused with his hands in front of Jin’s pants, proceeding then a bit more carefully to undo the button and the zipper.
“Aren’t you in a hurry?” Jin chuckled, his breath tickling Kame’s warm face and Kame knew his brilliant little plan had been seen through.
“Mou, Jin, I just…” Kame whispered, pushing the older boy’s pants off, and a small smile spread across his lips as well. “I want you inside of me.”
His request was answered in record time and Kame moaned, suddenly having Jin finally buried deep inside of him. Normally he would let Jin dominate everything and he knew he shouldn’t be demanding, but this time Kame couldn’t help but to throw his arms and legs tightly around Jin’s form, meeting his thrusts.
Jin groaned, bringing Kame up to him and crushing his mouth on his. The way they were going, he could tell Jin wouldn’t last long either. Little by little he had started to learn more about Jin’s body as well as his own.
Kame only prayed Jin wouldn’t stop in the last second again, but doubted the older boy would be in the mood to tease him any further. However if Jin had been his lover, Kame would definitely have planned a payback some night.
“Jin…” One gasp after another escaped his lips and vibrated against Jin’s, who hungrily fed on them and was left with the eagerness to draw out more sounds from him.
Did Jin know more about him than just his body? Did the older boy see him through? Did Jin see his feelings and his longing to be more than a boy toy to his master, but at the same time knowing his fear of what could happen if they broke out of their roles?
A wave of pleasure went through him, forcing his gasps and moans to become louder, and they both fell limp onto his bed. His body felt heavy and so did Jin’s on top of him, but he was still strangely comfortable. A bit too comfortable and Kame barely even realized he was having problems keeping his eyes open.
“Did that answer your questions?” he thought he heard Jin say as he snuggled his head into Jin’s neck, mumbling something incoherent as a half-attempted reply.
~*~*~*~
The next morning Kame woke up to the feeling of Jin stirring in their bed. A smile spread on his lips. Jin was waking up…it had to be breakfast time then.
Jin…
Kame’s eyes flew wide open as he remembered last night’s events. For the love of anything holy, he had called the older boy ‘Jin’! No, correction, he had screamed out ‘Jin’ the whole night. Usually he at least tried to remember Jin’s last name even in bed, but last night had been a complete disaster in that area.
Kame carefully sneaked a peek at the older boy sitting up in the bed and brushing a hand through his messy locks of hair.
“Ah, you’re awake too.” Jin said in a carefree tone as he set his eyes on Kame, while Kame’s moved to the older boy’s new hairstyle. Damn it. Jin had never looked that ruffled before either.
“G-good morning, A-Akanishi-san.” Kame hurried to say, forcing his eyes onto Jin’s and sat up as well so that Jin wouldn’t have to climb over him to get out of bed. It felt so weird to say the name Akanishi now.
Jin got up and started to gather their clothes from the floor.
“Are you coming with me to breakfast?” the boy asked and Kame wondered if Jin had even noticed he had called him by his first name before.
“Y-yes, Akanishi-san.” Kame answered and Jin handed him a pile of his clothes. He still felt kind of out of it as Jin led him to the dining-hall and they sat down by the table TTUN already had occupied.
“Here you go, cutie.” Jin said as the boy handed him a rice ball. Jin had insisted he would fetch the breakfast this morning for the both of them and not that Kame minded very much. His knees were shaking under the table, tired after last night.
“Thank you, Akanishi-san.” Kame said with a small bow. He was determined to repeat ‘Akanishi-san’ as often as possible. Who knows, maybe Jin wouldn’t remember him saying ‘Jin’ then.
Around him Maru, Koki, Junno and Ueda shot questioning looks at each other. What was Kame-chan on this morning? Jin had really succeeded to fuck the poor boy’s brains out… Now they would have to deal with mr and mrs Bakanishi. Damn that Ryo, it had been his idea!
“Are you going to see Ryo today too?” Koki then asked, looking at Jin who yawned.
“Nope. I think I’ll just stay in bed today. Kame kept me up practically the whole night, besides this kind of weather makes me tired.” Jin replied, stretching a bit where he sat. Kame blushed, trying to focus on his rice ball instead of Jin’s hand sneaking up to rest on his thigh.
“Any weather makes you tired…” Maru commented.
“Kazu-chan, you should get some rest too~” Jin then suggested, lips practically touching his ear as the boy next to him spoke in that same tone Jin had used the better part of last night. Kame blushed some more, trying his best to stay coherent.
“A-ah, Ji-, I mean, you’re probably right, Akanishi-san.” Kame stuttered to reply. Honestly his mind wasn’t with him this morning. It was definitely still dwelling on last night and all the things they had done, all the things Jin had said…
First now he could truly tell how much Jin still didn’t reveal about himself to Kame, even when it came to sex Jin had been holding back. Why? Did Jin see him as a threat after all? Kame would never betray him and Jin had said he knew that!
As they had finished eating and got up to leave, Kame could still feel TTUN looking after them curiously.
“He’s messing up more than usually.” Ueda commented.
“Honestly, when is he going to stop hiding behind his role as Akanishi-san’s boy toy?” Koki sighed. “He can not have missed how their relationship is a bit more than what it’s supposed to be...”
“Well, the same goes for Jin.” Junno then added. “I mean, just as the master and not the boy toy…”
“Jin should just confess already.” Maru sighed.
“He can’t do that.” Ueda said. “At least he thinks he can’t.”
“Why not?” Maru asked.
“Because two years can pass by so fast…” Ueda replied.
As soon as the master and his boy toy in question had arrived in the west wing, the master was quick to pull the cell door shut.
“Why did you do that for?” Kame asked as Jin strolled over to him.
“I didn’t want to get disturbed again in case Kanjani8 or worse; News would come over to brutally wake me up again.” Jin explained, throwing his arms lazily around Kame’s form.
“W-weren’t you going to rest?” Kame then asked and Jin placed his head in the crook of his shoulder, drawing in his scent.
“Mmm, maybe later…” was the mumble in reply and Kame felt Jin move his head further into his neck, settling his parted lips against his bare skin.
“Jin…” Kame moaned, before realizing he had done it again and slapped a hand over his mouth. “I-I mean, Akanishi-san…”
“Hmmm?” Jin mumbled amused from where he was now set on kissing Kame’s neck and getting Kame to talk, plus moan some more of course.
Kame panicked. “Ah, no… I… No, it was nothing.”
Jin didn’t seem convinced and Kame wished the older boy would stop doing that, because this would never lead them to rest and maybe only give them a re-run of last night’s episode.
Kame carefully pulled apart from his cellmate. “A-actually, Akanishi-san, I did have something I need to tell you. I-I don’t know how to start, I should’ve told you already ages ago-”
“Ne, stop that.” Jin suddenly interrupted.
“W-what?” Kame asked, surprised. “Stop what?”
Jin just shot him a look that practically screamed ‘how stupid do you think I am?’
“Honestly, you’ve been calling me Jin on and off for the past year already.” Jin said and Kame flinched. He knew he had slipped it out once or twice even outside bed, but Jin had really noticed it? Why hadn’t Jin corrected him then? Hadn’t Jin minded it? “You’re not going to remember to stick to my last name, anyway, and you’ll never succeed in moaning out ‘Akanishi-san’ in bed, so just call me Jin.”
“You…don’t mind me calling you by your first name then?” Kame asked unsure and Jin shot him another look.
“If I did, would I tell you to call me Jin?” He had a point. There was a short silence in the cell and Jin stretched his body, acting very pleased with winning the argument that was never really an argument in the first place, but Jin was still pleased.
“Aaah~ It’s still snowing!” Jin yawned as he lazily started his way up the stairs to flop down on his bed again.
Kame watched the older boy crawl in under the blanket until Jin had almost disappeared out of sight. A few silent moments passed before Kame finally walked over to the beds and peeked into the upper one.
“Uh, J-Jin?” Kame whispered, trying out the name now that he for the first time used it intentionally.
A muffled moan was heard from somewhere under the blanket and Kame waited patiently until he saw movements and Jin struggled for a while to find his way out of the fabric wrapped around him.
“That’s better, cutie. Do you want to join me?” the boy asked with a chuckle as they finally were able to lock eyes, Jin’s however were more like half-open at the time. There was this slight tone of satisfaction in the boy’s voice, obviously pleased that Kame had called him by his first name.
“There’s something I’ve been meaning to tell you.” Kame went straight to the point so that this time no one would interrupt them before he could get off of his chest what he needed to say.
“Are you pregnant?” Jin cut in and Kame frowned.
“Am I..?” Kame started, surprised, noticing then the smug smile on Jin’s lips and the reality of the question hit him. “No.” he muttered, refusing the rising blush on his face.
“Oh good~” Jin murmured resting his head on his arm. “Because that could have caused some problems in here…I mean, not only would they have had to seriously consider letting you out earlier-” Jin continued on babbling something that was starting to sound like some joke only Junno would pull.
“Actually…they are.” Kame said and Jin stopped in mid-sentence, wide awake again. “They’re letting me out earlier. I’m being released by the end of February for good behaviour. That would make it about half a year earlier than what I had expected.”
Jin only returned his look for a while, appearing to be at a loss of words.
“But…it’s January already.” the boy then said, clearing his throat. “I mean, that’s good for you. You’ve certainly kept out of trouble, or at least tried to, and deserve it and now you’ve only got like a little under two months left. That’s good…for you…” Jin trailed off, lying back down into the bed the way he had been before Kame had approached him.
Kame stared at the pile of blankets in front of him. Jin had taken it pretty well… Of course the boy would just find himself some other boy toy straight away, so why would Jin be upset about the news of Kame leaving then?
“Jin?” Kame tried again.
“More good news?” Jin’s voice came from under the blanket and Kame couldn’t decide if the boy sounded sarcastic or not.
“Can I…join you?” Kame asked carefully and Jin pushed the blanket away, stretching one hand out and Kame took it, climbing up into the bed and snuggling up next to Jin.
He was going to miss this, indeed. He was going to miss the feeling of Jin’s body pressed to his, Jin’s scent, voice, everything - just everything. Furthermore what was he supposed to do with his life when he got out? He had dropped out of school because of his trip to jail. He no longer owned his small apartment…
What he wouldn’t give for just one more year in prison with Jin.
