So my birthday is on the 27th of December. What should I do and who will join me? I know people have to work the next day, so I won't be upset if people are unable to join me.

Beyond when I went to Seven Springs a few weeks ago, I haven't been on skis in a really long time, so yes, I probably am that bad it. Plus, skiing on parabolics takes getting used to. You turn differently and let the edge of the ski do more of the work.
I might head out to Hidden Valley to take some lessons and run a day out there to get used to them.
I'm thinking hockey game and then Doc's. That way we'll be out of the house by the time Matthew needs to go to bed for work. There are quite a few places to drink on Walnut, so we can find a few places.
We have 2 couches, a fouton, and a spare bedroom for people to crash, so if you know of other people that need to, let us know.

Can you give me a list of everything you want for your b-day/x-mas? I don't have enough for you (I only have 1 little thing to give you right now :( )
Oh and the one little thing isn't a diamond. Stop that.

Don't get me anything. There's nothing that I need or want that I don't already have. Maybe we can sleep late or something like that.

At some point I also want to try snowboarding.

lordy, I have no idea on what to do. Drinks, movie? It's your day and thus it should be up to you.
