Alchemy! It's the manipulation of matter on an atomic level through force of will. It's a science, but I've discovered it's got roots in magic and I've been studying it since I was little. I took a look at some magical primers from your world a while back and it's got some of the same elements. For instance, did you know that your spell-language, Latin, is the same language used in mundane science and in alchemy?

A lot of alchemists use it in their codes.

I do, in a way. All is one, one is all. I just... slide my soul into the world and all its little bits and peices, and tell it what to do, and it does it. It's hard to explain.

Stone and wood are nice, but I like metals best. I've got more of an affinity for them, and the molecules are cleaner, easier to manipulate.
