look at your eating habits and what you're eating and amounts. one of my main things was stopping eating when i'm full, and not snacking i eat pretty healthy food anyway and upping my walking speed a bit (what was once a 15min walk to the station is now about 10)

i love curves too...but i feel too large and i don't like it
so when i feel happy, i'll stay there
and i'm only using the NHS calculator because it's more reliable than the BBC one or the american ones

I need to get down to <25, ideally more like 23, by April.
38lbs to lose, or 3lbs/week - which basically, isn't possible.
