What do you do when you can't get a handle on your emotions? When everything seems to either piss you off or hurt your feelings? I used to come here and write about everything, it really was practically therapeutic. I feel like this at the moment, not the frustration ('cos I get it regularly) but I get anxious and uptight. I'm pretty sure if you are giving up smoking that must be playing a big part in it. I gave up in the early 90s so I can't really remember, but I used patches and had some really strange dreams of giant cigarettes chasing me
