Work on my subconscious...

I had an odd dream last night. I dreamt that I was responding as a medic to a friend's grandfather who was apneic (not breathing). I was actually pretty excited (professionally) because he was still pulsing, with his only complaint being the lack of respiration. Glad to hear that things are going better than you had expected, even in your dreams.

That sounds like an awesome dream - you were prepared for the worst, and everything was Ok. And then you got a gift bag of all kinds of things that are exactly what you need. I hope life gives you something similar. Or maybe is already has, and you just haven't noticed it yet (YES!). :-)

Well, that's an optimistic interpretation! I hope that life gives me a bag of cash, coupons and oatmeal, too!

Right now, I would settle for the oatmeal. I had terrible, sci-fi nightmares last night. It was like a China Mieville story (which are amazing to read, but upsetting to live through).

Just stress - it will settle out.

And I stand by my optimistic interpretation - life is handing you good stuff.

That's sooo... random. At least with the goody bag. Someone gave you a gift with various amounts of meaning for doing almost nothing after they didn't let you do as much as you felt needed to be done? Something that, while serious, you thought it'd be easy for you to take care of as far as you were able to.
