i've had three very significant mares in my life. just so happens that geldings have come along when i've been looking (or not) for a horse.

the absolute best horse i ever had (and i regret selling her but she was too small for me really & still had many good years left for some other teenager) was Belle, an arab x riding pony. 14.1hh of pure delight. bold, brave, STUNNING. not a bad bone in her body & so willing. and before that, zig, a little welsh mountain & Tiny a shetland. have always had a good experience with mares (tho tiny was a biATCH, but i attribute that to being a pig in general, not maredom).

I actually really like my car (VW deisel Jetta - Yay 60 miles to the gallon!). I'd love a hydrogen fuel cell car though. And Audi with a hydrogen fuel cell would be super sexy.
