You need to post a date. Choose a day, tell everyone that usually shows up "sorry can't hang out that day, I've got a hot date", and then just hang and snuggle. Unplug the computers and talk and snuggle and light candles.

I do this every once in while when W. and I get to that point. It's important to take 'you' time.
