Breathing had been difficult at first, his body still so unbelievably fucking sore that moving wasn't even an option, but it felt more like it was being done out of habit then necessity. He still wasn't sure exactly how he had come to arrive at the monorail station. ...Come to think of it, he wasn't sure of much of anything at the moment. He supposed it could've been compared to a severe case of jet-lag. Not that he would know what that was like.
A sudden commotion nearby got his attention and he peered through the crowd to catch a glimpse of a woman rolling on the ground. On fire.
On instinct, he whipped his coat off and ran to her side, throwing the coat over her in an attempt to smother the flames. Wherever this place was, he could already tell this was going to be a blast. Really.

Rem was quietly thankful when she realized at least one person had the sense and compassion to help and stopped where she was when the coat was thrown on her. "Thank God..." she mumbled to herself giving a heavy sigh. Hey wait. She could feel her heart racing from the whole thing. There was something very not right going on here. Why was she alive again? It was something to figure out.
Cracking her eyes open, she looked up to who helped her with a little smile, "Thank you, I-- ...Hatori?!" This had to be some kind of trick.
