2001 Jeep Cherokee Throttle Body Spacer and TB Cable Adjustment

So the newest project is adding a throttle body spacer on the Jeeper.  The purpose behind this is to add a bit more fuel economy and as a side effect it should also increase the low end torque too.

I'm doing my normal step by step procedure here so that others that have been thinking about doing this and perhaps feel it is a bit more complicated
