It must be Thursday, though I seem to be missing Wednesday from this week.
I suppose that is one way to continue the 4-day working weeks.  Efficient! - I hadn't thought of that before.

a day - a sort of ordinary, working day
at least it was sunny and pleasant
the Bear was here, walking to the city and home was good
I had lamb for dinner and a glass of pinot
my wall is no longer orange - I painted it a gentle sand colour
small joys in small things

I love the smell of a new page in a blank book: promises of new ideas and new days. Yum.
