So this morning I had my second training session with Beth, and my legs are so sore it's not even funny. Ugh! She put me on the ellipticals for 15 minutes to warm up. I never really liked them to begin with, since they make my quads very sore within minutes. Afterwards, we did 2 sets of 15 upper body and leg workouts on machines and free weights

Yeah, I'm worried about seeing it, though, because our tickets were moved and we have no idea where they were moved to until we get there at the performance. Makes me nervous, because those tickets were EXPENSIVE!
