Apparently they start charging me interest on Monday, and my documents aren't even available to be picked up yet, never mind sent to the Ministry to be processed. when i was considering taking a year off a few weeks ago i spoke to the office about options, and apparently there's a special website or form or something you have to fill out to tell OSAP that you are back in school so they'll delay the interest charges until you're actually finished. I think it only works six months at a time... but anyway, if you're still in school, you shouldn't have to pay interest. talk to you financial aide offices about it.

waiting for osap is painful. i still haven't got mine either, because my dad was being a dick.

As I understand it, it's not OSAP that's charging me interest, but the university, for my technically unpaid tuition fees (which I probably should have mentioned).
