I must say I've never really understood the chain-mail halter. It seems like it would be pinchy, and useless in battle.

Indeed. They make about as much sense as chain-mail halters, and should be about as common in everyday life.

I really like the use of the chainmail halter in the young woman above. She is a fairy princess, it's a fashion show, and she looks very happy. Also, no one is making her wear that to the corporate office.

Heels should be like that too - all over the club and fetish scene, on runways and in fantasy, but shoes in the office should be about kickin' ass.

Properly made chainmail bikinis and the like DO NOT PINCH. They may snag a hair now and then, but they should not catch skin.
