On strength, weakness and vulnerability

I've been rolling this one around in my head for the past month or so and wanted to put some of it down to help me think it through, seeing what comes of it as I write. That's often how I sort through things. I think about the subject in various contexts and then write out what I've been thinking to see what sifts to the top

These kinds of posts aren't easy. In fact, they're hard work. Not everyone is equiped (emotionally/intellectually) to carry out the work needed to address issues like this. I'm not. But I'm proud of you for being able to do it. And do it so well.
