I recently purchased an 8GB Ipod Touch at Amazon.com via a third party seller. I checked my Amazon account today and found out that my order doesn't exist, despite receiving an email confirmation complete with an order number + delivery estimates on the day I purchased the device ( Read more... )

I once bought the Evangelion Platinum Collection off of a third party seller on Amazon to only be sent a Chinese bootleg ;_; Fixing it was easy enough though, I just contacted the seller through Amazon telling him to refund it or get reported and he did, no questions asked.

I wouldn't worry about it, I think Amazon is good about settling things like this. You just have to go through some nonsense of trying to settle it with the seller first before you can take it up with Amazon itself.

Did you wrote an email about this ? Otherwise i would also do what kinucakes already suggested. I had that once, but got it managed via the amazon customer service ( ha, eat that scam )

i've bought a ton of shit from amazon, and as long as you have some kind of proof of purchase like the email confirmation I wouldn't worry too much.
If something goes awry i trust amazon to set it right

actually i've been thinking about getting the exact same thing you just got. i like listening to the radio on the iphone but my baby momma steals it from me too much.
i have a couple listings saved in my cart, how much did you get yours for?

$140, got a used one. As long as it works and the screen isn't too banged up, its all good.
