Last Day of the Transfer Window Post

Feb 01, 2010 09:55

If we believe the rumors, Inter will have about 12 new players by the end of the day. While the window will probably close with very little happening, I thought I'd put up one post in which all the things that become official can be compiled. I'll try to keep it updated, but if/when I slack, feel free to drop any official announcements in the ( Read more... )

Woo-hoo! for Mancini finally going elsewhere, hoping he settles well, does a lot of goals and convince Milan to buy him just to go back to his old useless self the year after. \o/
Btw, it seems like Mariga's signing for us in this very moment or maybe he already did it, but no official news yet, so I'll keep checking.
Can't wait til midnight, oh, how I hate transfer windows.

Really, I won't even mind if he plays really well for them -- he was never going to do anything for Inter, and if he does well there, Inter will get some money for him. Win-win!

Yeah, I've been refreshing everything waiting for Mariga to get confirmed -- the Parma site is loading INCREDIBLY slow, so I've got company there. *g*

Yeah, that's exactly what I said to anybeaver on Twitter a couple hours ago, doesn't matter if he suddenly becomes Ronaldo playing for Milan, here he'd be just MORE MONEY TO PAY, so he's better off that way XD

And I'm refreshing Inter RSS feed that is much faster, but yes, I'm definitely with you XD

I just put it up, since it seems done -- I'll edit when one of the clubs announces it. (The domestic window is closed now, right? It's only players from leagues where the window is still open that can come in now?)

Mancini's been confirmed at inter.it. Am comforting myself by picturing Ruby's reaction. XD

Oh. I didn't realise you knew it was confirmed. *Sticks head in the sand in shame*

DO NOT DO THAT. You know I get things totally wrong all the time, track must be kept. (Milan confirmed it right away, it took Inter a while to get with the program. The one with the waiting was Corvino's old friend Mariga.)

I'm really happy both for Mancini's loan (I hope he will do good in AC Milan so that they opt for the co-ownership, since in Inter he wasn't doing any good) but most of all for the Mariga deal!

Roberto Mancini, when Mariga had to go to Man City, said that Mac Donanld reminded him of a potential young Vieira (when Patrick was at his best and played for Arsenal). Let's hope so! He seems like a good player and the deal was very good economically speaking for us!

Hopefully tomorrow we can already see him play against Fiorentina in the Coppa Italia semi-finals, depending on what Mourinho decides :)
