1. I love lists too. Seriously they are soothing and make me feel happy. Right now I am struggling with having given them up for Lent (I'm not Catholic or even Christian I just think it's a neat ritual).

3. I love the Soft Lips stuff because it like makes your lips tingle.

5. I just finished my BA in English in January.

6. It's funny... I totally obsess at my mom about my fandoms and have gotten her hooked on Veronica Mars and Firefly... I don't think she knows about my incest kink though.

9. Addison was so amzing last night.

10. Our local Borders is horribly out of order and I always really want to just spend hours organizing it but then I feel that is really not my job and I should go home and organize there instead.

17. That would be BSG and Grey's Anatomy... to state the obvious.

18. I am bi-polar when it comes to spending. I have my dad's frugalness like 90% of the time, but then my mom's spendthriftness comes out and I undo all my good saving money work.

3. The Soft Lips no longer has any real effect on me. I am just plain old addicted to it.

6. My mother and I have very dissimilar interests entertainment-wise and it's easier to not even mention most of my fandoms. And you like incest too? I've developed an on-and-off enjoyment of that of late.

9. Yes, she was.

10. I have come dangerously close to actually doing this.

17. Actually, it was BSG and Stargate: Atlantis.

6)Uver my time in fandom I have realized it (fictional incest) is really compelling to me. It all started in HP fandom when I discovered Blackcest.

10) Sometimes I start before I realize what I am doing.

17) Ahh... I don't watch SGA. I guess, come to think of it, it could have been BSG and Firefly too.

20. I am on page 97 of Gone with the Wind. I am trying to understand why it is that I am completely accepting of Scarlett's complete self absorption with no feelings of ill will towards her at all, reading her shallow machinations with something like (but not quite) pity, whereas I couldn't stand the sight of Emma from page one. (Yay for run on sentences!) I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the fact that I know what happens to her later on, at least in a general sense. The last time I saw the movie was aeons ago and don't remember specific details exactly but I do remember her having to deliver Melanie's baby by herself, being around limb amputation, helping to haul away dead bodies after battles, and having one of her daughter's die in a riding accident, etc. I think it might have something to do with the fact that Scarlett is more...lively(?) than Emma. It's like they're both the same kind of character but one is the British version and one is the American version, and although I usually side with the British on most ( ... )

I hereby acknowledge that you are alive. I can't even concentrate enough to figure out anything to say in response to that piece of rambling.

Hi :)

1. I'm a list person too. Usually, I make lists if I know I'm going to forget something when I can't - like if I'm travelling somewhere and need to pack, I'm bound to forget at least one thing so I make a list.

2. Couldn't agree more!

4. I used to be addicted to Coke too, in high school. Not so much anymore.

6. My parents are oblivious to the fact that I have an online journal too. It's not something I like advertising though, you know?

11. I had to dissect a sheep's brain in my Biological Psychology class. It was very cool. And we go to look at a preserved human brain too.

14. Amen!

15. I will have to hunt it down and read it.

:)

4. GASP! Does that mean that my addiction may someday be conquerable.

11. Um, ew. No thank you.

15. *nods* You really should.

Yes, actually, but it's random - where'd your username come from?

Actually, I don't really have the foggiest idea. It just is, and if I tried to come up with an explanation I'm sure that it would be very boring.

Ooh, you could make up something exciting! Like, it came to you in a dream, like Mary Shelley with Frankenstein. Actually, I guess that's not too exciting either. Oh, well. *g*
