Caitlyn,
When you finish your first drafts, do you do a quick edit, or do you go ahead and send them immediately to your betas?

I let it sit for a few weeks, then I do a comprehensive edit to fix everything I KNOW is wrong, and then I send it to my readers for another round, and THEN to my agent. So I do 3 rounds of edits before there's even a possibility of submission.

Thanks for sharing. I've rewritten mine about three times so far, and I'm confident about my betas, so we'll see if an agent loves it in a couple months. :*)

If you finish it by Thursday, I will pledge to send you photos of Night Life in the London stores over here, when it comes out. *g*

Ooo! Maybe that's what I need...a pledge drive. "For just one dollar per pagae, you too can sponsor an author in need..."

The weekend was completely made of win. As was Life on Mars. I so have to watch the second half of that...

Although, I'm still wondering one thing: Tiny girlfriend...or giant Jared?
