I liked a lot of the dialogue here, especially the section between "I'm an intensivist" and "Good boy." as well as this line:

Because right now I’m the only person in your life who cares enough to ask.

The sex was uncomfortable to read, which was probably as intended. I look forward to more.

I'm still loving this, especially the dialogue between the two of them, it just feels so wonderfully snarky and in character.
