i dunno what you are asking XD but if you want to dye it white..i guess blonde? i haven't tried white, but i don't see how it wouldn't work. unless you are going from like black. that may look weird. and i don't know if you would need much rubbing alcohol either. since i'm guessing you would want it really opaque.

and you don't put the cylinder in it. you squeeze the junk that's in the cylinder into it. XD
