hmm...maybe it means whatever the value of 200000 shares would be? The only other thing I can think is that it's like the Ancient Greek muriades, which could mean either literally ten thousand or just a lot/innumerable.

If you want to send the Greek over, I've got a little time tonight.

Thanks! But a) I finally figured it out with a little help from colleagues (forgot to update the rant), b) I don't want to set you frothing at the mouth when you've got your own major-league headaches to deal with. Because gramatically incorrect Greek lawyerese is enough to set off even the native Greek speakers in the office, and you'll hate me forever if I inflict that on you, and I don't have enough friends that I can afford that...
