[Moro's voice clicks over the journals, in what is obviously an unintentional post. Moro seems to be in the middle of musing to herself, even.]
...no matter how many times we take their lives, they take more and more.
The forests can't handle this... a single demon can be met by my fangs, but these humans are a greater plague than nature can

[Moro is well aware of San listening in on her.]
...This forest... this tiny, weak forest... even it can cry out to me...

...What does it say?
[hey Moro. Smell your daughter's blood on her fur?]

It's like the babbling of a child... the cries of woe, of fear...
Like a weak, starved child whimpering.

"They don't deserve the life they have. So few fight for their duty. So few live with purpose."
It's... sad, hearing that there are those out there that think that. What's even sadder is how true that is back home.
Ryoji doesn't mean to reply (in fact, he's already turning the page to a different entry) but it looks like the journal's voice option is going to catch his sigh.

Can he really tell her to trust people when some just aren't worth trusting? Can he really say to her that some people are nice once you get to know 'em when he's not even sure about Alexei? It wouldn't matter what he told her anyway. She's bull-headed herself. Nothing he can say could change her mind about any of this. But he also doesn't want to end up fighting her if she decides to attack people. She's his friend, or atleast in his mind she is. So for now, he'll just sit down on the branch he was standing on, and think.]

Moro. Guardian god of the forest.
[She'll kill someone someday over how many times she's had to state that. Why can't they all just know and fear her like they did back home :'(]

Or not. Sorry, uh, Guardian Moro! Should I call you that? Or would you prefer Guardian God, or God? Ah, I'm no good with this.
. . . I mistook you for the wolf queen back home. Sorry, again.
