Worked out again today in fact consecutively since tuesday I think. I cannot remember what day I started. Tomorrow is my weigh in and I'm pretty confidant I've never been this dedicated before. I finally made it to the gym last night. Rob (my friend in the AirForce) has instructed me to only do a half hour of cardio. So I did a half hour on the bike. Well the first day of the year so far got locked out of Rodney's apartment and had to use a ladder on the top of my car to get him into his balcony.
