First snow, oh how I love thee!
It snowed last night, but sadly little of it stayed on the ground. There was ice on the streets, though, and the lakes will start freezing over soon, which is something I look forward to every year. I passed my exam!
Mostly I managed that because it was so much easier this time around, but also because I had studied for it a little differently. What I mean by that is that once you see what sort of questions a professor asks in her exams, preparing for them gets easier.
But let me just say it once more: I passed!

Tomorrow I have the best exam ever, the infamous “Y03 Introduction to Translation Studies”! Yay. It’s part of the intermediate studies, but I still haven’t done it. Oh, I’ve tried. Let the sleeping beauty lie
For the past few months I haven’t been able to remember my dreams after waking up in the morning. Well, no actually, I have managed to remember a few, but they’ve mostly been rubbish, the most exciting ones being about doing the laundry or the dishes.
One dream I had was about my eyebrows. I wonder if even Freud would bother to analyse that.

Last week I lost my Visa Electron card, my student card, my mascara and powder. Today I left my memory stick at the uni. It's got in it my seminar translation with commentary, the powerpoint slides for said seminar and of course the template for the Halloween party tickets. Naturally, these were the only copies.
