Oh, yeah, the work thing

On Friday I "trained" a new lady at work.  She & another lady are being hired to stay there while other staff runs the residents all over creation.  Friday is a bad night for running.  This Friday was especially bad because not only did I have to run, it was the end of the month & I had to attempt to change over the MARs.  Um, yeah...

You know, it sounds like the people running this place have no idea what they're doing at all.

I hope the scheduling they want to discuss is moving you to a better shift being a real nurse.

I don't think they do. I just tried to call that dude & he's not there. If it's suck a big deal, he has my phone number.

Friday marks 6 months that I've been there. I'm tempted to follow one of the other nurses who quit & do home care.
