Your description of what you can't do at night / on the weekends sounds very much like the list I would make, too. I need to move my body more, also - I have yoga plans for the weekend, but there is literally no time to go walk this week because work is so bananas. And so I have a half unloaded dishwasher because I managed to do one layer, but not the other, and I've paid bills, but the torn up envelopes and stuff need throwing out still, and I got stuff from the washer to the dryer tonight, but I can't begin to process getting it out of the dryer until tomorrow.
Which is all by way of saying, I hear you. ♥ And I'm so glad for your days off and your other plans.
Battling entropy! It's the relentlessness of it that gets to me. I've embraced slobdom, but even so. Good luck with your attempts. I'm told getting enough sleep helps: a novel thought!
