For today's autumnal celebration, I decided to make my own chai. Any of you who happen to know me IRL know that I can put away some chai, and I thought it would be fun to try my own.

You should definitely try it...just grab a chair and a book, or put on the tv for all that stirring. ;)

i have NEVER in my life had chai tea but i'm thinking that i should make it - this recipe looks awesome! :D

this *is* awesome, but my recommendation is to go to a good Indian place (or even *shudder* Starbucks) and order a chai first so you'll have some idea for comparison. This recipe doesn't tell you how much milk to put in, etc., so you need to know what you're shooting for :)

starbucks??? *GASSSSSSSSSSSSP* it takes a lot of coaxing to get an aussie into a starbucks, believe me but there are stacks of coffee houses out here that serve Chai so i might order it next time. i wonder if my gorgeous coffee guys knows how to make it... *faints somewhere*
