Ack--poor Lex. I feel his frustration. I wonder if Kal and Lexx can understand just how broken Lex is. They've had generations of love, and Lex hasn't had anything decent in his life for a long time.
Lex hasn't had anything decent in his life for a long time.
That's so true. So true, in fact, that when I read that, I got a little misty. Every time he thinks he does have something good, it falls apart, bites him in the ass, or turns out not to be what he'd thought. He's got to be one of the most tragic characters of all time.
::blink. blink, blink:: You know, I think I'm just going to let you go with that. Because your questions are way more interesting than my answer could possibly be. ;) Thanks for keeping those wheels churning!
Oh, poor Lex. After seeing what he eventually has, he just wants it all the more and sooner. I feel like such a sap because I was in tears as he was trying to fight for a way to quicken his and Clark's reconciliation. Obviously, Lexx and Kal can't understand how Lex must be feeling because that's so far in their past. Now, Lex is all alone out in the snow and cold. :(
