Well, I was recently diagnosed with rapid-cycling bipolar disorder. Prior to this I thought I was just suffering from depression, social anxiety, panic attacks, and crazy mood swings. If your reaction to this medication was that adverse and severe I think it best you contact your prescribing dr and not post here for advice on how to cope with the symptoms. My dr advises me to call her immediately if the side effects of my meds are intolerable. JMHO

Most side effects you get when initially taking a med go away; they did for me when I was on abilify. You might want to discuss coming off the Zoloft with your doc-it's an antidepressant, which can enhance mood swings in bipolars. : /

I'm also on both Zoloft and Abilify. Abilify makes me feel restless, like I've gotta move. I have an appointment with the pdoc next week because my meds aren't right, but my Zoloft makes me feel like I want to die. There were a few other feelings I was feeling with Abilify, like severe nausea, but it went away after about two weeks. Something else though, last time I was at the pdoc, I told him about the restlessness and he said there was something he could prescribe me to kind of counter act the side effects, I don't know what or anything he didn't go into specifics since I wanted to wait them out, it may be something you want to look into though.

Hope all that rambling helped at least a little bit.
