Today I hired more staff, and decided to fire some other staff. Some people just can not hold down a job. I really don't know how stupid people make it to 24 with no drivers license and no idea of what they want to do with their lives ( Read more... )

It depends. We CAN just come for the rit, but we often make plans with our friends in the area and come down Friday after work and stay until we have to go back home on Sunday.

I'd love to. There's an "Aries" b-day party on Friday night at lordandrei and shimmeringjemmy's place in Bothell. jonah777 is one of the guests of honor. I'm sure you would be welcome (though I'll be polite and ping them if you're interested.)

I'm not sure what the family's schedule is like on Saturday aside from the temple events, but I'll chat with them about the idea.

Maybe this person is stupid, can't drive, and has no idea what they want to do. But not all people who can't drive and don't know what they want to do are stupid idiots. I am nearly 30, can't drive, and will never drive. And that's a good thing.

Once I had a friend that when asked, "What do you do?", would answer "Visit with my friends and drink coffee". "No, no!" The questioner would say, "What do you do for a living?" "Oh," my friend would say, "I make money so that I can visit with my friends and drink coffee."
