Random Stuffs
Today I hired more staff, and decided to fire some other staff. Some people just can not hold down a job. I really don't know how stupid people make it to 24 with no drivers license and no idea of what they want to do with their lives.
While visiting another facility today I cam up with some really good ideas for our own operation. I didn't really need more proof that I am still learning the job but I keep getting reminded.
The Vegas trip is coming together quite nicely. Itinerary is put together and hotels are paid for. Three days drive down and three days back makes for a leisurely pace of 8 hours a day, with sightseeing in between.
Going to Seattle for the seminar and ritual at Horizon Oasis on the 5th. The rit is based on work I do daily, so I am stoked for that.
Losing weight again after gaining back all of last year's loss. I am keeping a food journal this time, and using the treadmill four days a week. This is the last time I try to do it myself without surgical help. I think I am finally at a place in my life where I am in total control of my own actions, proof to me that the magick is working.
