1. Hands up who else thought the dean would be the one to end up dead? It just had to happen, really it did. Now all we need to know is who shot the sheriff dean. I don't even know what I think about that yet.
The dean or the dean's wife were the popular guesses with the people I watch with. I'm hoping that they hire Van Clemmons as the new dean. I miss him.

3. Logan and Veronica breaking up. So inevitable. Sad, but after last week I didn't really expect it to last much longer. Those two are so screwed up in their special way, and yet I love them for it.
I am so sad. Logan is trying. Veronica needs to try to meet him half way.
4. LOGAN = so. much. love. I did kinda want to see him kicking the crap outta Mercer for drugging/attempting to rape Veronica, though.
He really, really is. I have always loved Logan, but this season he is especially awesome.

Also. Dean + Gun = ? I'm wondering whether he killed wife and/or professor.
Re: Logan. There was something about the kicked-puppy eyes at the end of last ep that totally got to me. I just want to take him home with me.
And the overly protective side that's coming out more and more this season. His heart is in the right place (when it comes to V anyway, in other matters he can still be an utter moron), and the fact she doesn't seem to recognise it is driving me a little nuts.
Piz/Mac, is one I could totally get with, and I'm also with you vetoe-ing the Piz/V. I'm still a little too attached to mah sweet OTP-of-doooom to accept that one.

You know...I was finding the episode amusing, but nothing special right up to about the 40 min mark (watching as it aired). Then I sorta started shaking.
I'm not sure which was funnier, Piz's 'dancing' or Wallace's face. And super YAY! for the return of Mac! I'm thinking maybe a Mac/Piz pairing?

It's too bad about the Dean, but he was an authority figure Veronica was starting to actually get along with...he had to go. ;-) If Lamb just busts in and arrests Weevil I'm going to be pissed.
By the end, I was flailing in a fairly bigtime way, even though, duh! she was going to escape. It's Veronica, of course she was going to be okay in the end.
I was possibly just extra perky for the first half purely because there was Mac. I'm very easily amused. Yup. I'm thinking Mac/Piz could be quite awesome, actually. Their little bit over the soda cup amused me.
Wallace's face does give the crazy-dancing a run for it's money, gotta admit. Best distraction technique EVER.
Oh Logan. The boy sure does know how to get himself arrested for all the right reasons. He's so sneaky. The one way to be sure to get himself locked in a room with Mercer.

I just had that weird doooomy feeling that I couldn't quite pin. As someone mentioned above; having a person in power actually liking Veronica? Is rather like punching a hole in the space/time continuum, in that the world might come to an end if it doesn't crash and burn pretty sharpish.
I've been hanging onto that thing for, like, a week awaiting this day. Yis.
That is actually a very distinct possibility. He had gun, he had reasons... it would make sense. He also had the mysterious late-night visitor though, which I'm inclined to think might have something to do with the slightly creepy gansta-ish dude with the cigar. Mainly because I think he couldn't have been there purely for the Greek thing, could he?
Oooh, very true. I'm just judging this idea off a crack idea about the fact that I think whoever shot him must have done it very close, based on the blackness around the bullet wound... Which could mean nothing.
The fact I was dorky enough to go back to that shot of the wound, pause it, and wish that I had brought my 'Forensics for Dummies' book with me to uni so I could work out shooting range/angle... should be scary, I think.
This is what comes of being in the CSI fandom for waaay too long.
