I finished my video today and it was a lot of work, but I’m happy with the result. I watched James Bond a few weeks ago and when I heard the song Die Another Day by Madonna I couldn’t get it out of my head and I thought that this would be a great song for a video. I hope you don't mind my asking, but what program do you use for your vids? And where did you get the season 7 clips? I can't seem to find them anywhere!

I use Windows Movie Maker it's a Freeware and it was already installed on my computer. It has it's bugs, but with some time and patience you can make really good vids.

I use clips from Omaetoy clips site: http://omaetoy.net/
and I make them by myself with Windows Movie Maker.
When you have the episodes on your computer then you only have to import them into the movie maker like you would do with clips.

I'm not really good in explaining. *lol*

When I made this scene I hoped for such a reaction and I'm glad that it worked. =)

I tried to download two other demo versions of movie programs on my laptop at home, but one of them was way too complicated and too slow and I couldn't install the other program. And now I have an adware on my laptop which I can't find and delete. So, I'll only play with WMM, it's still better than some stuff you have to buy.

I'm really really impressed with this. The editing was exceptional. I loved the quick scenes at the beginning and end, and I think you did a wonderful job of choosing your clips and the timing of them.

I'm especially impressed to read how many problems you had. I never would have guessed when watching the vid itself. Awesome awesome job.

It took me some time to find out how many clips I have to use for one tact and how long the clip has to be for a beat, I felt like a musician. *lol*
And after you worked so long on a vid and with the song, you listen to it in very different way. *lol*

I didn't have so many problems with my other vids; I think a part of the problem was that this vid is so clip heavy.

No I'm not on youtube and I don't plan to put my vids there, but maybe I'll change my mind sometime.

Oh, I'm okay, the first school year is almost over and we have a lot of free days because of the tests in the "Oberstufe".
My life is still boring, nothing new happened, but that's okay. *lol*
